Below FAQs are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing at VDECORGIFT.

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express.

Cancel or Modify Order?

After your order has been placed, you have 2 hours to contact our customer service team and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 2 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

Estimated Delivered Date?

Customer(s) can expect to receive their products 4 - 9 business days after their payment has been received and their order processed.

Estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Production time?

We typically take about 2 - 4 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered.

Shipping time?

Shipping time is 2 - 5 Business days, Every shipment includes a tracking link so that clients may view the progress of their deliveries.

All our shipments are provided with a tracking link. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.

**Please contact us before you place your order if you need your item onan exact day, We will provide you with more information and let you decide if you want to place the order or not.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Item is not as described.

First we are so sorry about this problem.

Please contact support@vdecorgift.com and describe the problem in the most specific way possible, and please include pictures which show the part not as described.

No confirmation or shipping information email

First you have to make sure you filled your email in the checkout form when you place your order, if you didn't fill the email then no email will be sent to you.

Confirmation email: After successful payment, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you do not see an order confirmation email from VDECORGIFT, please check your spam folder.

Shipping information email: The tracking number will be available after the day order is placed for 1-2 days so please do not worry if you do not see the email in that time. If there is still no email about tracking numbers from Vdecorgift after 3 days please check your Spam Folder.

Do you make the print on demand Laser Cut Metal Sign?

Yes, we do. You can request a completely new design from us, or modify existing designs at the shop that you like. Additionally, you can request font changes, quotes, or anything else you want. We will receive your request via contact us or the in-product notes option that you fill out according to your request (personalization is free).
